Thanks Carol for instigating this website... I have become totally hooked on Maries' InnovateIntegrate resources and have found that it strikes a chord in so many ways with what really can work. As an employee I am using this tool to encourage my organisation to make some big organisational changes for the better... and what a wealth of resources including this forum for sharing strategies etc. Thanks to all :-) and hope I can contribute to your goals as well.
