Outline:

Format: 2 hours in a face-to-face workshop with 12-20 participants (can be used as part of project inductions)

Purpose: Provide guidance for leaders of project teams in preparing for embedding:

  • Why? Setting the scene - from Business Case to Implementation
  • What? Investigating the Case Studies;
  • How? Unpacking the Jasinski/Miller model;
  • How? Using the Rogers Innovation Attributes template.

Take-aways: Capabilities in blending and adapting selected tools for project requirements

Activities:


  • Small group interaction, networking and sharing
  • Viewing selected research resources
  • Identifying how well your project will further embed e-learning at your place
  • Adapting a tool to fit a local environment
  • Creating meaningful conversations about embedding processes
