Space 4: - Network of Champions

On the 7th November I talked with a few Victorian champions about their successes in embedding innovation
from an organisational perspective and discovered some really great pieces of advice.

The focus of the session was around these 5 critical questions:

  1. What’s the main success factor of the innovative practices at your place?
  2. How does your organisation support innovative practitioners?
  3. How has your organisation approached elearning innovations to better engage with learners?
  4. What major piece of advice would you give for those wishing to embed innovative practices?
  5. How can an organisation ensure that innovative teaching and learning practices are maintained even after the first innovators have gone?

Our panel members were able to provide answers and ideas for these questions from their own experiences in their regional and metropolitan organisations in Victoria.

Our Panellists were: Brad Beach - GippsTAFE; Sue Goodbourn - University of Ballarat; Melinda Waters - William Angliss TAFE.

If you would like to see what some of their answers were, then access archive of this event at the conference site soon:

Below is a shared strategy from Melinda Waters at the William Angliss Institute of TAFE in Victoria.
